These terms govern BAAM AI, operated by Filip Konecny Enterprises, s.r.o., Cujkovova 1714/21, Zabreh, 700 30 Ostrava, Czech Republic, ICO: 22176942, DIC: CZ22176942.

Service

BAAM AI is a digital marketing command center for campaign planning, content drafting, approvals, scheduling/export workflows, and marketing intelligence based on connected or imported data.

Account and access

Customers must provide accurate account and billing information. Access starts after successful checkout or manual admin activation.

AI and marketing responsibility

BAAM AI provides tooling, drafts, checks, and workflow controls. It does not provide legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of marketing results. Customers remain responsible for reviewing claims, legal compliance, platform policies, consent, and publication decisions.

Integrations

Direct AI generation, analytics, email, publishing, and advertising workflows require official provider credentials and permissions. BAAM AI does not support scraping, prohibited browser automation, or hidden production mock output.

Billing

Subscriptions and payment methods are processed by Stripe. Prices, taxes, invoices, trial terms, renewals, cancellation, and payment method support must match the active Stripe configuration.

Digital service withdrawal notice

For consumers, immediate access to digital content or a digital service can affect withdrawal rights where the customer expressly requests immediate access and acknowledges the consequence before checkout. The checkout form collects this confirmation.

Governing law and support
