Questions before you start?
The important answers are about automation behavior, AI keys, provider limits, and what happens when a connector is missing.
Can BAAM run automations without approval?
Yes. Automations run on their own when the connector, permissions, guardrails, and executor support are ready. Approval is used only when the workflow or account settings explicitly require it.
Do I need my own AI keys?
You can use official OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or Grok API keys. BAAM does not force a fixed model list if your key can access the model.
What are automation credits?
Automation credits meter BAAM-side workload: workflow orchestration, records processed, provider actions, retries, storage, and other heavy execution. Customer-owned AI keys and provider accounts are still billed by those providers.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Subscription checkout starts with a 14-day free trial before paid billing begins.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Stripe manages billing. Existing customers can stay on launch pricing while the subscription remains active if that is how the offer is configured.
What happens if a connector is missing?
BAAM shows the exact setup blocker and next action instead of pretending an unsupported API action ran.
