Trial and paid subscription

The public offer currently describes a 3-day free trial and a 14-day money-back guarantee. Stripe settings and public copy must match before paid traffic starts.

Refund requests

Customers should send refund or withdrawal requests to contact@filipkonecny.com. Include the account email, order date, Stripe receipt or invoice reference, and reason if available.

Digital access

Because BAAM AI is a digital service, consumer withdrawal rights can depend on whether immediate digital access was requested and acknowledged before checkout. The checkout form includes this confirmation.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds may be refused where the refund window has expired, the account has materially abused the service, or applicable law allows refusal after immediate digital-service access.
