Data we process

We process account data, billing contact data, support messages, workspace configuration, marketing assets, prompts, approvals, audit logs, integration settings, and provider credentials where a customer chooses to save them.

Purposes

We use the data to provide the BAAM AI digital service, secure accounts, process billing through Stripe, respond to support, maintain audit logs, operate integrations selected by the customer, and improve product reliability.

Processors and subprocessors

Typical subprocessors may include Cloudflare for hosting/storage/security, Stripe for checkout and billing, configured AI providers, configured analytics providers, and configured email or publishing tools.

Cookies and tracking

Necessary cookies support login and security. Analytics or marketing cookies run only after consent where consent is required. Cookie settings are configured in the cookie banner and Admin > Marketing.

Rights

Retention

Account, billing, audit, and security records are retained as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Customers can request deletion where legally available.
