Consumer Rights and Czech ADR Notice

Purpose

Give Czech/EU consumers clear complaint and alternative-dispute-resolution information.

Source model

This slot follows mature SaaS and security-software legal-center patterns: Zapier-style customer terms, DPA, subprocessors, security, and data-transfer material; Avast-style license, acceptable-use, privacy, IP, transparency, and accessibility material.

Jurisdiction focus

Prepare this for EU users and Czech-market operation. Complete operator details, Czech consumer wording, cookie consent behavior, GDPR roles, and cross-border transfer safeguards before publication.

Complaints

Consumers should contact BAAM AI first using the support email listed in the Legal Notice. Include account email, order date, invoice or receipt reference, and a description of the issue.

Czech ADR entity

For unresolved consumer disputes, Czech consumers may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Ceska obchodni inspekce) where it is the competent ADR entity.

Timing

ADR applications generally require proof that the consumer first tried to resolve the dispute directly and are subject to statutory timing rules.

EU ODR platform

The European Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued as of 20 July 2025. Do not publish the old ODR link as an active dispute route.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in BAAM AI terms should limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable Czech or EU law.
