Commercial Communications Policy
Purpose
Document how BAAM AI handles newsletters, lifecycle email, product updates, and Czech/EU unsolicited-communications rules.
Source model
This slot follows mature SaaS and security-software legal-center patterns: Zapier-style customer terms, DPA, subprocessors, security, and data-transfer material; Avast-style license, acceptable-use, privacy, IP, transparency, and accessibility material.
Jurisdiction focus
Prepare this for EU users and Czech-market operation. Complete operator details, Czech consumer wording, cookie consent behavior, GDPR roles, and cross-border transfer safeguards before publication.
Marketing consent
Explain when BAAM AI sends marketing emails based on consent, existing-customer soft opt-in where legally available, or another valid basis after legal review.
Transactional messages
Account security, billing, service, support, and legal notices may be sent as necessary for the service.
Unsubscribe
Marketing emails must include an easy opt-out. Suppression should be respected across campaigns.
Contact imports
Customers must have a lawful basis and required consent for imported contacts and campaign audiences.
Third-party email tools
List email providers or CRM tools in the Subprocessor List where they process personal data.
Czech requirements
Review Act No. 480/2004 Coll. and Czech direct-marketing rules before sending commercial communications in the Czech market.
Completion checklist
- Connect unsubscribe/suppression workflow.
- Confirm sender identity and physical/operator details.
- Audit imported contact sources.
